The principal aim of Aspire is to provide financial help and assistance to individuals who might not otherwise have access to such support in order to help them realise their full potential within the logistics and transport sector. As a charitable foundation within the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), we do this under the umbrella of the CILT.
The Vision of Aspire is to provide opportunities and support to aspiring individuals by:
- Providing access to industry recognised qualifications
- Engaging chosen charity partners for training places
- Providing a mentoring scheme with access to industry professionals
- Gaining support from the CILT’s current membership and corporate partners
Ensuring a minimum of 100 people benefit each year
