Aspire has reached a new milestone:

A milestone has been reached with the award of the first Aspire grant. This has been made to Steven Clamp, who has already paid his first stage of his driving qualification himself, but who needs financial help to qualify to be a HGV driver. The foundation is pleased to be able to support him.
